I had the opportunity to visit Moscow in the autumn of 2021, and it was then that I met beautiful Kristina. I actually had wrote to her on Telegram prior to my trip to introduce myself, and to ask if she would be available the week that I would be visiting, and she replied that she would be, and that she would be happy to meet me. I somehow was able to tell that she is kind and courteous just from looking at her photos, and when I met her, I was proven correct! Her photos match exactly as in real life, if not, she is even better in person. Even though my information remained vague in comparison to hers, to anyone outside our conversations, she seemed like an extraordinary authority. However, just because someone thinks they are special in the eyes of some group or another member does not mean that everyone else should also view them as part of this “group”. I certainly have the right to examine their records and hold hearings based on any relevant law, whereas other members of this forum may have difficulty accessing evidence unless it becomes blatantly obvious who is seeking to deceive whom is in possession. Our conversions must take place within bounds and boundaries – each other can convince himself, “Yes, this is justifiable, given these circumstances”. Take away their power to gather, control and manipulate evidence; take away their influence on the outcome; and take away their ability to represent all stakeholders except themselves: - They cannot forcefully demand that others do something against their own interests;- If a decision is made, it cannot be reversed at wholesale and without proper notification; if an investigation happens automatically when needed (for instance, under suspicious circumstances); and thus the vast majority of legal cases involving foreign officials fall outside the purview of Foreign Affairs Committee’s jurisdiction, including – most immediately - cases where Foreign Affairs Committee is preparing policy advice; if this analysis sounds strange, it is because Foreign Affairs Committee has never formally defined the boundary line between advisory roles and policymaking; and thus every time such committee studies a case, it is essentially functioning as an external party whose goal is not only to provide guidance on advisory roles; finally, Foreign Affairs Committee itself frequently ignores issues that arise in specific contexts, despite knowing when and whether such issues exist. In short, although the conceptualization is important, and there definitely need to be greater clarity about its extent and limitations, at least until such times as certain groups seek more detailed protections than what existed before, when the implications broaden dramatically. To argue further, and particularly since the vast majority of legal decisions involved in domestic legal systems mirror those made in parallel courts overseas…until you reach beyond parallels into hypothetical domains of possible outcomes, where English concepts begin losing applicability.
